Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No Exchanges on purchase . Please be mindful of your address you are entering. Please triple check this. If the mistake is on your part unfortunately, you will have to take that up with the post office. You will not be refunded or have items replaced on an order with the wrong address entered. You will have to place a new order. I have fulfilled my end of the service and I expect you as the consumer; to check your address and send to a place where your product isn’t sitting outside long. Respectfully.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received a photo immediately of the item inspected to email: ohsolovelyessentials@outlook.com. If it’s no fault of Oh’ So Lovely Essentials unfortunately, we do not accommodate refunds. All sales are final. If any carrier has any damaged concerning items, we will need a photo of the damaged item to be able to process a claim. After the determination from the carrier, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
