Shipping policy

Ordering and processing times: After an order is placed it will be worked within business days and hours excluding weekends and holidays. Orders after 5pm Central will be processed the next business day. Usual shipping is within 3-5 business days; if there is an increase in orders; processing and shipping will be within 3-7 business days.

Domestic Shipping: We only order domestic shipping in the United States at this time. No intentional shipping. 

Shipping Cost: Mostly varies within the city limits you reside. Free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more, this may vary within sales or promotions given. 

Potential Service Interruptions : Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We typically ship out in the beginning of the week, making Wednesday our last day to not have products sitting in carriers and storage. 

Order Tracking: After your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number to your email. We do not accept cancellations. Please note your tracking will not update until in the hands of the carriers. At this point this is out of our control and any damages will be addressed with the carriers through a claim.
